DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC APPRECIATION AND TASTE IN THE SAID ART AND TO ASSIST AND
FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE COMMITTEE
