TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF SUCH PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, SERVICES AND PUBLIC AWARENESS. 3. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THESE PEOPLE IN NEED SO THAT THEY CAN PROGRESS IN LIFE.
