Charitable objects

A. TO ADVANCE THE ISLAMIC RELIGION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF OLDHAM AND IN PARTICULAR THOSE OF THE SHIA ITHNA-ASHRI MUSLIMS IN A MANNER CONSISTENT WITH THE TEACHINGS AND TRADITIONS OF THE SHIITE (FIQUA-E-JAFRIA). B. TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF OLDHAM AND THE SURROUNDING AREA THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OF FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS. C. TO ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND TO MAINTAIN OR MANAGE OR COOPERATE WITH ANY STATUTORY AUTHORITY IN THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF SUCH A CENTRE FOR ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY THE CHARITY IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS.
