WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) BY PROVIDING FUNDS TO SUPPORT THE PROVISION
OF BURSARIES TO BOYS ON THE BASIS OF FINANCIAL NEED TO ENABLE THEM TO ATTEND THE SCHOOL.
