SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE;
TO ADVANCE PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF CHILDREN THROUGH THE PLAYING OF, AND
COACHING IN, ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL."
