TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH AND RELIEVE SICKNESS OF PEOPLE LIVING IN THE KNOWLE WEST AREA OF BRISTOL AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, SERVICE USERS, HEALTH CARE SERVICES AND BRISTOL CITY COUNCIL TO ADDRESS HEALTH INEQUALITIES IN SOUTH BRISTOL DELIVERY A RANGE OF ACCESSIBLE SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES AIMED AT IMPROVING HEALTH DEVELOPING HEALTH RELATED EDUCATION AND TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES THAT ARE RESPONSIVE TO LOCAL NEEDS
