Activities - how the charity spends its money
ACE - Friends of St Ives Corn Exchange aims to provide or assist in the provision of recreational facilities and activities for the benefit of residents of St Ives and neighbouring villages in the interests of social welfare. ACE seeks to provide volunteers to run the Corn Exchange building, and to support community groups with advice and assistance in arranging their own events and activities.

Charitable objects
THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF ST IVES, CAMBRIDGESHIRE AND THE NEIGHBOURING VILLAGES WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE FORMER RURAL COUNCIL, HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE 'AREA OF BENEFIT'; 2.1. TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS WITHIN THE 'AREA OF BENEFIT', IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS.
