I TO PROMOTE GOOD PRACTICE, EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF ITS MEMBER ORGANISATIONS FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE WEST MIDLANDS AND IN PARTICULAR, THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF STAFFORDSHIRE AND THE EFFICIENT APPLICATION OF RESOURCES FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN AND YONG PEOPLE. THIS WILL BE DONE WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUALITY, DISABILITY, RACE, POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS OPINION. II TO SUPPORT AND DEVELOP WORK WITH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, AND THEIR ORGANISATIONS SO AS TO ENABLE THEM TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES TO BECOME FULFILLED AND RESPONSIBLE MEMBERS OF SOCIETY III TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ACTIVITIES, FACILITIES AND INFORMATION RELATING TO TRAINING, RECREATION, HEALTH AND INDEPENDENT LIVING IV TO ENABLE EFFECTIVE PARTICIPATION BY CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AT ALL LEVELS BY ENSURING THAT CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE VOICE, CONCERNS AND ISSUES ARE REPRESENTED WHEREVER IT IS MOST APPROPRIATE
