I TO PROMOTE GOOD PRACTICE, EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF ITS MEMBER ORGANISATIONS FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE WEST MIDLANDS AND IN PARTICULAR, THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF STAFFORDSHIRE AND THE EFFICIENT APPLICATION OF RESOURCES FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN AND YONG PEOPLE. THIS WILL BE DONE WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUALITY, DISABILITY, RACE, POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS OPINION.
