'3.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE AS FOLLOWS:-

3.2 THE TRUSTEES SHALL INVEST THE TRUST FUND IN OR UPON ANY INVESTMENTS FOR THE TIME BEING AUTHORISED BY LAW FOR THE INVESTMENT OF TRUST FUNDS OR IN THE PURCHASE OF FREEHOLD LAND IN GREAT BRITAIN WITH POWER TO VARY SUCH INVESTMENTS FOR OTHERS OF A LIKE NATURE AT THEIR DISCRETION
