Activities - how the charity spends its money
The purpose of the charity is to manage a new multi-use community centre (The Madeley Centre) providing local people of all ages with high quality, accessible and appropriate opportunities for leisure, learning and community activity, and generally improving rural life for everyone in the locality. The new Madeley Centre is now up and running since July 2011.

THE COMPANY'S OBJECTS ("OBJECTS") ARE TO OPERATE A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND TO PROMOTE THE USE OF SUCH PROPERTY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISHES OF MADELEY; BETLEY, BALTERLEY AND WRINEHILL; KEELE; AND WHITMORE ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX. SEXUAL ORIENTATION, AGE. DISABILITY, NATIONALITY, RACE OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, AND IN PARTICULAR THE USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
