Charitable objects

2.2 THE OBJECTS ARE TO RELIEVE PATIENTS AND FORMER PATIENTS OF THE NORFOLK AND NORWICH UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL (NNUH) OR OTHERS IN THE COMMUNITY OR AREA SERVED BY THE NNUH NHS FOUNDATION TRUST WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED OR INFIRM AND GENERALLY TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE NNUH AND SUCH OTHER HOSPITALS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE. 2.3 THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE THE CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY IN PROMOTING THE OBJECTS.
