THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE PLAYING OF FOOTBALL, CRICKET, NETBALL AND OTHER SPORTS CAPABLE OF ADVANCING THE HEALTH OF THE PARTICIPANTS.
