Charitable objects
THE PURPOSES OF PENN FREE METHODIST CHURCH SHALL BE
1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINAL STATEMENT IN
THE GOVERNING DOCUMENT, PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY WITHIN PENN AND THE SURROUNDING
NEIGHBOURHOOD, AND
2) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS SHALL IN THE OPINION OF THE MEMBERS' MEETING AND IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE GOVERNING DOCUMENT FURTHER THE WORK OF THE CHURCH.
