Charitable objects
FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC PRIMARILY IN AFRICA AND ESPECIALLY SAHARAN AFRICA, BUT ALSO IN SUCH OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT: 2.2.1 TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF FAITH. 2.2.2 TO RELIEVE PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED OR HARDSHIP THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, GOODS OR SERVICES. 2.2.3 TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES. 2.2.4 TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND POOR HEALTH AND TO PRESERVE HEALTH. 2.2.5 THE PROMOTION AND FULFILMENT OF SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AND ARE CONNECTED WITH THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE TRUST AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT. 2.3 THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE THE CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY IN PROMOTING THE OBJECTS.
