TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY PROVIDING
OPPORTUNITY AND FACILITIES FOR PLAYING RUGBY UNION FOOTBALL;
THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE
INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE; AND
THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION.
