B) TO PROVIDE FOR MEN AND WOMEN WHO SHALL BE MEMBERS OF THE UNIVERSITY A COLLEGE WHEREIN THEY MAY WORK FOR DEGREES OF THE UNIVERSITY OR MAY CARRY OUT POSTGRADUATE OR OTHER SPECIAL STUDIES AT CAMBRIDGE.
