Activities - how the charity spends its money
The Association provides support, information and advocacy for people undergoing urinary diversion surgery of any kind. Support is provided via local Branches which hold regular meetings, production of a magazine three times a year and leaflets on relevant topics. There is also a helpline service. The Association also represents those with a urinary diversion.

3.1 THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH AMONG PEOPLE WHO HAVE UNDERGONE OR ARE TO UNDERGO A URINARY DIVERSION; 3.2 TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF SUFFERERS OF URINARY DIVERSION THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE; 3.3 TO PROMOTE AND CO-ORDINATE RESEARCH IN CONNECTION WITH URINARY DIVERSIONS, THE DEVELOPMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND APPLIANCES RELATIVE THERETO, AND TO DISSEMINATE THE RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH BY THE PROVISION OF LECTURES, FORA, AND THE PUBLICATION OF MATERIALS.
