Charitable objects
1) THE RESTORATION OF THE BLACKWATER LITERARY INSTITUTE (PASSMORE EDWARDS INSTITUTE) FOR US AS A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF BLACKWATER AND NEIGHBOURING HAMLETS, THE AREA OF BENEFIT, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, AGE, DISABILITY, NATIONALITY, RACE OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE OF THE PROPERTY FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES OR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS; 2. THE PRESERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF BLACKWATER OF ANY AMENITY OR OTHER LAND AS SHALL OR MAY BE VESTED IN THE CHARITY OR IN RESPECT OF WHICH THE CHARITY HAS AN INTEREST; 3) TO PROMOTE SUCH GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR INSTITUTIONS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF BLACKWATER AS THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.
