TO PROMOTE THE INDEPENDENCE AND CHOICE OF ALL DISABLED PERSONS WITHIN THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL AREA BY PROVIDING FREE, CONFIDENTIAL AND IMPARTIAL INFORMATION, ADVICE AND ADVOCACY IN RESPECT OF ANY ASPECT OF DISABILITY TO DISABLED PEOPLE, FAMILY, FRIENDS, CARERS, PROFESSIONALS AND STUDENTS.
