THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST AT THEIR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION TO APPLY THE INCOME AND ALL OR SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL FOR OR TOWARDS; 1 THE PROMOTION, CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE LITTLE BELHUS COUNTRY PARK FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT 2 THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE LIFE CONDITIONS FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE SURROUNDING AREA OF LITTLE BELHUS COUNTRY PARK
