Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS (THE "OBJECTS") OF THE CHARITY ARE TO PROMOTE, THROUGH ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN MAINTAINED CHARITABLE SCHOOLS (WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE EDUCATION ACTS) AND ACADEMIES (ESTABLISHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ACADEMIES ACT 2010 OR ANY SUCCESSOR LEGISLATION) INCLUDING BY ASSISTING WITH THE CREATION OF NEW SCHOOLS OF THIS SORT, WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AND IN PARTICULAR THOSE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES.
