TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF LLANRHIDIAN HIGHER COMMUNITY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, THE MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP OF THE AREA KNOWN AS THE RECREATION GROUND LLANMORLAIS AND THE RECREATION GROUND PENCLAWDD, AND THEIR ASSOCIATED FACILITIES AND BUILDINGS, FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS
