1. TO PERMIT THE CHAPEL SCHOOLROOMS AND BUILDINGS ERECTED UPON THE SAID PLOT
OR LAND TO BE USED AS OR FOR A CHAPEL OR PLACE FOR RELIGIOUS WORSHIP
2. FOR THE PURPOSES OF A SUNDAY SCHOOL BY PERSONS RESIDING IN OR NEAR
WELLINGBOROUGH AFORESAID CALLED OR KNOW AS INDEPENDENT WESLEYANS
3. TO PERMIT SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS FROM TIME TO TIME TO PREACH AND EXPAND
GOD'S HOLY WORD AND PERFORM OTHER ACTS OF RELIGIOUS WORSHIP THEREIN AND TO
TEACH IN THE SAID SCHOOLROOM AS SHALL BE APPOINTED OR APPROVED BY THE
TRUSTEES
