BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATIONAL AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF FEMALE INHABITANTS OF LONDON BOROUGH OF HILLINGDON AND LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING AND SURROUNDING AREAS AND PARTICULARLY FOR THE BENEFIT OF MUSLIM WOMEN SO THAT THE CONDITIONS OF THE LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS MAY BE IMPROVED.
