"THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE RELIEF OF MENTAL OR PHYSICAL DISTRESS AMONG INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE BEEN MALTREATED BY THEIR SPOUSES, CIVIL PARTNERS, FAMILY MEMBERS OR OTHER INDIVIDUALS WITH WHOM THEY HAVE HAD AN INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP AND AMONG THE CHILDREN OF SUCH INDIVIDUALS, BY THE PROVISION OF HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION
AND BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS SHALL FURTHER THE SAID OBJECTS.'
