Charitable objects
(A) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, THROUGH SUPPORTING MICROFINANCE INITIATIVES IN AFRICA; (B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, ON ETHICAL ISSUES IN RELATION TO THE DEVELOPING WORLD AND ELSEWHERE; AND (C) THE PROMOTION OF SUCH OTHER PURPOSES BEING EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE. 3.2 IN THIS CLAUSE, "MICROFINANCE" MEANS PRIMARILY MAKING LOANS TO ORGANISATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS THROUGH A SMALL-LOANS SCHEME.
