THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF ORPHANS IN NEPAL IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THOSE AT THE C.P.S. ORPHANAGE BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
