TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN DANCE, MUSIC AND CARNIVAL ARTS BY SUCH MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES, PUBLICATIONS.
