C) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THOSE WHO JOIN WISHING TO LEARN TO PLAY OR IMPROVE THEIR PLAYING OF A BRASS INSTRUMENT BY PROVIDING PRACTICE FACILITIES, TUITION AND INSTRUMENTS.
