A) TO ADVANCE PUBLIC APPRECIATION OF BRASS BAND MUSIC AND THE PLAYING OF BRASS INSTRUMENTS. B) TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR PLAYERS OF ALL AGES AND LEVELS OF ABILITY TO MAKE MUSIC TOGETHER AND TO PERFORM IN CONCERTS, CONTESTS, AND OTHER MUSICAL EVENTS. C) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THOSE WHO JOIN WISHING TO LEARN TO PLAY OR IMPROVE THEIR PLAYING OF A BRASS INSTRUMENT BY PROVIDING PRACTICE FACILITIES, TUITION AND INSTRUMENTS.
