Charitable objects
1) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AMONG PEOPLE LIVING IN MASIPHUMELELE, SOUTH AFRICA, IN PARTICULAR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AND THROUGH THE PROVISION OF BURSARIES TO ENABLE THEM TO ATTEND UNIVERSITY. 2) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF MASIPHUMELELE AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FORM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
