TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN BRIGHTLINGSEA ESSEX AND SURROUNDING AREAS, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, GUIDANCE AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS. IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS OBJECT, THE CHARITY WILL MAINTAIN AND MANAGE A CHILDREN/YOUNG PEOPLES YOUTH RESOURCE WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT
