TO PROVIDE RELIEF TO PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED BECAUSE OF AGE, MENTAL OR PHYSICAL DISABILITY, OR POVERTY, OR ILLNESS AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT SO AS TO LIMIT THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, BY THE PROVISION OF NON PROFIT MAKING COMMUNITY TRANSPORT SERVICES.
