Provide Preaching Plan for Ministers, Local Preachers & others to take Services in the Circuit's churches. Provides & maintains 4 manses for Ministers and provides Pastoral Care for all. Organises voluntary payments by Churches to help pay costs of Stipends, wages, District Assessment etc. Holds regular Circuit & Leadership Meetings, to communicate information & monitor progress.
