SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS, THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND UPON
TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME FOR OR TOWARDS SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES
