TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS IN SOMALILAND BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS AND EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS AND BY ANY OTHER SUCH MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE TO ENABLE THEM TO ACCESS A UNIVERSITY EDUCATION.
2) TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE CULTURAL AND HISTORICAL LINKS BETWEEN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND SOMALILAND.
