1 TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY WORKING WITH PEOPLE IN LIVERPOOL AND MERSEYSIDE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED ON THE GROUNDS OF THEIR ETHNIC ORIGIN, RELIGION, BELIEF OR CREED (IN PARTICULAR MEMBERS OF THE IRAQI COMMUNITY) TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PEOPLE AND ASSIST THEM TO INTEGRATE IN SOCIETY, IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING A LOCAL NETWORK GROUP THAT ENCOURAGES AND ENABLES MEMBERS OF THE IRAQI COMMUNITY TO PARTICIPATE MORE EFFECTIVELY IN THE WIDER COMMUNITY 2 TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE 3 THE PROMOTION OF RACIAL HARMONY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY: I PROMOTING KNOWLEDGE AND MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN DIFFERENT RACIAL GROUPS II ADVANCING EDUCATION AND RAISING AWARENESS ABOUT DIFFERENT RACIAL GROUPS TO PROMOTE GOOD RELATIONS BETWEEN PEOPLE OF DIFFERENT RACIAL GROUPS 4 THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY OF IRAQI INDIVIDUALS, PERSONS OF IRAQI DESCENT AND IRAQI COMMUNITIES WORLDWIDE BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH GOODS AND SERVICES WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS 5 TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES DECIDE FROM TIME TO TIME THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE THE CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY IN PROMOTING THE OBJECTS
