THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGES BY PROVIDING GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR OTHER CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING FOR THE RELIEF OF SUCH PERSONS.
