Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE, BY SUCH MEANS AS ARE CHARITABLE, THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AND MORE PARTICULARLY IN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND THE COUNTIES OF DEVON AND CORNWALL: (A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGIOUS AND GENERAL EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT; (B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE FAITH AND RELIGIOUS PRACTICES OF ISLAM; (C) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS, DISTRESS AND SUFFERING OF ANY PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR NATIONALITY, RACE, ETHNIC ORIGIN AND RELIGIOUS BELIEFS; (D) THE ADVANCEMENT OF OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THOSE PERSONS IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES; AND (E) TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECTS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT;
