TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, AND THE BOROUGHS OF GOSPORT, HAVANT AND FAREHAM (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY GIRLS, WOMEN AND CHILDREN OF BANGLADESHI ORIGIN THE FOLLOWING OBJECTIVES ('THE OBJECTIVES'). 1 THE ADVANCEMENT OF TRAINING AND EDUCATION OF THE WOMEN BY THE PROVISION OF LANGUAGE AND OTHER SUBJECT CLASSES AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING 2 THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND SICKNESS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, ADVICE AND INFORMATION TO THE SAID INHABITANTS IN NEED OF SUCH ADVICE 3 PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OF LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS
