Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO PROMOTE THE ARTS IN PARTICULAR THE SOCIAL ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL CONTRIBUTION OF VISUAL ART FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT. THIS CLAUSE MAY BE AMENDED BY SPECIAL RESOLUTION BUT ONLY WITH THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE COMMISSION OR WHERE IT IS NO LONGER REQUIRED, AS PERMITTED BY LAW.
