Charitable objects
1. TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE, PRIMARILY THOSE AGED 16-25 LIVING WITHIN GREATER LONDON BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OF PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF: (A) ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; (B) ADVANCING EDUCATION; (C) RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT; (D) PROVIDING RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PEOPLE LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS. 2. THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONGST PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 16 TO 25 WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED BY PROVIDING THEM WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD CAPACITY BY ESTABLISHING AND GROWING A BUSINESS OR GAINING BUSINESS SKILLS TO RELIEVE THEIR NEEDS AND ASSIST THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE 'SOCIALLY EXCLUDEDã MEANS YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 16 TO 30 YEARS OF AGE WHO ARE EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING FACTORS: UNEMPLOYMENT; FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; RACE; GENDER; POOR EDUCATIONAL OR SKILLS ATTAINMENT; DISABILITY; ETHNIC ORIGIN; OR WHO ARE WITHIN, OR HAVE EXPERIENCED, THE PUBLIC CARE OR PENAL SYSTEM. 3.
