ASSISTING IN SUCH MANNER AS THE COMMITTEE SHALL THINK APPROPRIATE WITH THE EDUCATION OF ANY PUPIL WHO LIVES OR ATTENDS A SCHOOL WITHIN THE DISTRICT IN IMPROVING HIS OR HER ABILITIES IN ARTISTIC ACTIVITIES. B. THE PROMOTION OF INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE WITHIN THE DISTRICT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT INCLUDING BUT NOT RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING:- I. THE PROVISION OF INDUSTRIAL OR COMMERCIAL TRAINING COURSES FOR PERSONS WHO ARE OR INTEND TO BE EMPLOYED WITHIN THE DISTRICT WHETHER THE COURSES ARE PROVIDED BY THE TRUST FUND SOLELY OR IN CONJUNCTION WITH OTHERS. II.
