Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION, SPORT AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE BELLE VALE, LEE PARK, GATEACRE, NETHERLEY AND NAYLORSFIELD AREAS OF LIVERPOOL, BEING FACILITIES:
A) OF WHICH SUCH YOUNG PEOPLE HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH AND/OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES; AND
B) WHICH WILL IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR SUCH YOUNG PEOPLE, PROMOTING THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELL BEING.
