Charitable objects
3.1.1 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND SKILLS, LEARNING AND RESEARCH INCLUDING THROUGH THE CONDUCT, SUPPORT, ESTABLISHMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF A FURTHER EDUCATION COLLEGE AND TO PROVIDE COURSES OF INSTRUCTION LEADING TO QUALIFICATIONS OR AWARDS; AND 3.1.2 TO PROMOTE THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF CHARITIES AND THE EFFECTIVE USE OF CHARITABLE RESOURCES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY PROVIDING SERVICES FOR FURTHER EDUCATION, HIGHER EDUCATION AND OTHER CHARITABLE EDUCATIONAL BODIES TO PROMOTE GOOD PRACTICE AND ENHANCE AND IMPROVE THEIR ACTIVITIES.
