Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED SHALL BE: -
A. TO MEET THE NEEDS OF DISABLED PEOPLE, IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR RACE, RELIGION, AGE, GENDER, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, NATIONALITY OR ETHNIC ORIGIN IN PARTICULAR BY USING TECHNOLOGY AND BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN PROVIDING TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS DESIGNED TO ADDRESS THE NEEDS OF DISABLED PEOPLE;
B. TO PROMOTE OR FURTHER SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE CHARITY SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
C. Throughout the Articles of Association 'charitable' means charitable in accordance with the law of England and Wales provided that it will not include any purpose which is not charitable in accordance with both section 1 of the Charities and Trustee investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. For the avoidance of doubt, the system of law governing the constitution of the charity is the law of England and Wales.
