THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES ASSOCIATED WITH SWIMMING AND OTHER PURSUITS PROMOTING HEALTHY RECREATION AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: (A) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE BENEFITS OF LEARNING TO SWIM FOR THE PRESERVATION OF HUMAN LIFE; (B) TO ADVANCE THE HEALTH OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND SERVICES FOR COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN SWIMMING PROGRAMMES AND ACTIVITIES AND OTHER PURSUITS PROMOTING HEALTHY RECREATION ("THE OBJECTS").
