2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
3) THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY BY PROVIDING APPROPRIATE RESOURCES.
