Charitable objects
5.1 TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF POVERTY; 5.2 TO PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY: 5.2.1 THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR DESALINATION AND IRRIGATION AND FOR THE GENERATION AND SUPPLY OF POTABLE WATER TO THOSE IN NEED; 5.2.2 THE PROMOTION OF HEALTH AND THE IMPROVEMET OF THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE IN SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES; 5.2.3 THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT AND HELP FOR DISASTER SITUATIONS; 5.2.4 THE PROMOTION OF SUSTAINABLE MEANS OF ACHIEVING ECONOMIC GROWTH AND REGENERATION; 5.2.5 THE PRESERVATION, CONSERVATION AND THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE PRUDENT USE OF RESOURCES; AND 5.2.6 THE ADVANCEMENT AND PROMOTION OF RESEARCH INTO SUCH MATTERS AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION INTO SUSTAINABLE WATER GENERATION, SOIL IMPROVEMENT AND CARBON NEUTRAL IMPROVEMENT OF LIVING CONDIT ONS AND THE ENVIRONMENT, PROVIDED THAT THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH STUDY ARE DISSEMINATED TO THE PUBLIC AT LARGE. 5.3 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN SUBJECTS RELATING TO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT. 5.4 IN THIS CLAUSE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT MEANS "DEVELOPMENT THAT MEETS THE NEEDS OF THE PRESENT WITHOUT COMPROMISING THE ABILITY OF FUTURE GENERATIONS TO MEET THEIR OWN NEEDS AND WHICH CREATES FOUNDATIONS THAT ENABLES FUTURE GENERATIONS TO CONTINUE ON THIS PATH OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT".
