TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE PARTICULARLY YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING IN HARTLEPOOL AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND ACTIVES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS AND TO HELP PREVENT THEM FROM BEING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED THUS BENEFITING THE WIDER PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE PROCESS.
