THE ASSOCIATION IS ESTABLISHED FOR CHARITABLE OBJECTIVE AND PURPOSES ONLY AND (WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO OR LIMITATION OF THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING WORDS) FOR THE CARE, WELFARE, TREATMENT, EDUCATION AND ADVANCEMENT OF ALL PEOPLE WITH A DISABILITY, ESPECIALLY PERSONS WITH ANY FORM OF CEREBRAL PALSY OR WITH A RELATED DISABILITY, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE "CLIENTS")
